Swimming is one of the oldest human activities and represents an integral part of everyday life. Experts emphasize that swimming is extremely beneficial for the body and mind, and it is suitable to practice it at all ages.

It is suitable for muscle and joint growth and work, lung and spine health, cardiovascular system, helps establish proper posture, gain and maintain fitness, regulate obesity, and is useful for mental health and stress relief. This creative sport is especially important and suitable for young people in development.

Training in our club is adapted to working with the youngest children, from 4 years old and older, to master the basics of swimming in a creative and easy way. The initial goal of training is for children to learn to stay on the water and breathe properly. As training progresses, children slowly master the basic swimming styles and gain fitness. Coaches are there to encourage the youngest and follow their development.

Whether they will engage in swimming professionally or recreationally, it will become one of the beautiful and positive aspects of life for the child. In our club, they are provided with fun and useful training, socializing with peers, and twice a year, sports camps are organized where children train and play in nature.
